The Elmira Truck will be at the arena for 4 pm on Wednesday November 16th.
With enough hands we should have it unloaded and ready for pick up by about 4:30
The more hands the merrier and don't feel like you can't be of help if you are new to the procedure. Many hands make light work. There are enough seasoned veterans to help guide the new folk. For those who are new to the procedure. Please do not take any boxes until your order has been stacked in its pile and double checked and marked for accuracy by our team of volunteers. Chicken orders will be sorted by teams so just look for your teams table. Pick up will go from hopefully 4:30 until 6 pm if all things. Please do your best to pick up by 6 pm if you can. It is your responsibility to deliver your own chicken.

We raised Just over 8,000 and bonused another 2,000 ($250.00 extra bonus money for every $5,000 sold) for a total over $10,000 raised for Mitchell Ringette.

Cheques that individuals sent to pay their orders will be cashed this week.
