read more.Mitchell Ringette Fundraising Winter/ Spring 2012 Dear Parents: Our Second fundraiser for this season is here! We will be selling Elmira Chicken again, as well as trying a new fundraising product. We will be selling Maple Syrup. Each family MUST participate in the fundraiser as part of the fundraising bond requirement. There is a minimum requirement on boxes/ bottles to be sold per family. You must attain a minimum of 25 boxes/bottles total this 2011/2012 season in order to have your bond cheque returned to you un-cashed. That amount may be achieved in all in one initiative or have been divided between the two fundraising initiatives. If you completed your required 25 in the fall fundraising initiative then you do not have to participate in this initiative. However we would appreciate your continued participation in round two as the more we raise each year the more we can do for our association. The Executive will be tracking all sales. We need to achieve these minimums in order to fulfill our budget for this season. All order forms should be returned with one cheque made out to Mitchell Minor Sports ( please have all cheques/cash from family and friends made to you and you write one totaled to hand in with your order form). Pick-up of product will be the same as in the past years. IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR FORMS: ORDER FORMS DUE: Thursday Feb. 16th th 2011 to your Parent Rep. DELIVERY DATE: Wednesday March 7 th 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. **All cheques payable to Mitchell Minor Sports – 1 cheque per order please** We thank you for your continued support of Mitchell Ringette. Gary and Maria Urquhart Urquhart Farms Ltd. 519-229-8955 They are members of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Assocation,they are provincially inspected, and their syrup has been provincially tested. They have provided their government inspection / registration # to the Ringette council Hope all goes well for everyone during this second half of the fundraising .
