Cancellation Policies

Please note that the hotel cancellation policies, early departure policies and minimum night stay requirements are provided to ASA directly from the hotel. ASA does not determine these cancellation policies.

Group:  The team may cancel their room block for no charge up until seven days prior to arrival.  If the team must cancel after this deadline, the team will be responsible for a penalty of one night's room and tax per room booked.

Individual:  Once the team cancellation date has passed, the hotel will allow up to 20% of rooms to fully cancel per team up until 4 PM local hotel time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

There is not a minimum night stay requirement.

Once checked-in, should a guest wish to depart prior to the scheduled departure date, there is no penalty and the guest must inform the front desk and check-out prior to 11 AM.

Should the team need to amend their arrival date, they may do so up until 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
