ELMIRA CHICKEN/MAPLE SYRUP FUNDRAISING

Welcome back Stingers and welcome to all the new Stinger Families!

We’re excited to kick off the season with our first fundraiser: Elmira Chicken! As part of your bond requirements, each family is required to sell 25 boxes of chicken. 

Please find enclosed the link for our Elmira Chicken campaign.  Players’ names have been inputted into the system. If you have more than one child involved with Mitchell Ringette, your orders will be put under your youngest child.  You can choose to share the link with your friends and family.  When they purchase an item on the website, they will choose the player they are supporting.  If you would prefer to collect all your orders on a hard-copy master sheet, you can do so. You can then you can input on the website yourself and choose your child and that is how you will receive credit for the boxes sold.  https://jdsweidfundraising.com/view/fundraising-campaigns/entry/0a771 

Attached below is a copy of the order form.  The only way to order chicken is through this website. We are not accepting paper copies anymore. If you would like a paper copy for your personal use, they will be available on the Ringette bulletin board in the arena. 

Order forms are due online by October 7th, 2025. Payment can be made by e-transfer or cheque:

Delivery Night: October 21 with pick up from 5:00 pm to 6:00pm.

Chicken will be sold a second time in the winter along with Maple Syrup. We will be selling Krispy Kreme donuts next month!

Krispy Kreme Fundraising

We are excited to kick off the Krispy Kreme donut fundraiser. 
Donuts will be $15 for a dozen.
 
Donut forms will be due to your parent rep by: Tuesday, Oct 28th
Payment: E-transfer or cheque only to Mitchell Ringette
 
Delivery Night: Thursday, November 6th from 5-6pm at the arena! 
 
Just a reminder that TWO boxes of donuts = 1 box of chicken.

BMR has graciously offered to donate $5 to Mitchell Minor Ringette for every case (4 jugs) sold. Thank you to @Eidt's BMR Express!!

Pick up will be Friday, Jan. 16th and Saturday, January 17th at BMR.
